Black Friday Draw Terms and Conditions 13-11-2025

  1. The prize draw is open to all customers of Smiths News who are also independent retailers, and have never signed up to either Hot Wheels or Ty.
  2. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw when you place an order for at least one unit of  Ty or Hot Wheels between 21 November 2025 and 2 December 2025.
  3. Smiths News accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to a technical fault
  4. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 2 December 2025 (“Draw Date”).
  5. The winner will receive one unit of the stock they placed an order for under clause 2.
  6. Smiths News will publish details of the winner to its FB and LinkedIn pages. The winner will also be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 5 December.
  7. If you object to any or all of your details being published or made available, please contact natalie.kemp@smithsnews.co.uk . In these circumstances, Smiths News must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  8. The prize will be sent to the winner in accordance with Smiths News standard order process and timeframes.
  9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  10. The decision of Smiths News regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Smiths News reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  12. Smiths News reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  14. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
