Dividends
Here, you can find information on our historic dividends, a calendar for future payments and a tool to analyse values.

Profits generated by the Company are customarily returned to shareholders in part in the form of dividends. The frequency and amount per share of dividend payments are decided by the Board of Directors. We normally pay an interim dividend each July and a final dividend for the previous financial year in February.
We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment. As such, from February 2026 payments to shareholders will no longer be made by cheque. Receiving dividends by direct payment rather than cheque is quicker, more secure and better for the environment. To continue to receive dividends and any other money payable to you in connection with your Smiths News plc ordinary Shares, you will need to provide your bank or building society account details so that payments can be made directly to your nominated account.
Direct payment is a method of payment whereby funds are paid directly to your UK bank or building society account as cleared funds on the dividend payment date. For more information, please visit www.shareview.co.uk/info/directdividends
