I began in 2016 as a substitute contractor, before becoming a contractor for 2 years. In March 2018, I became an employee and began in the role of trainee Night Manager. Around April 2018, I was seconded to the role of Night Manager at our previously acquired company Tuffnells for a period of 3 months. I then returned to Smiths News Stockport and also worked alongside our Warrington and Liverpool depots as Deputy Night Manager. To my delight, I was eventually promoted to Night Manager in December 2022. My day-to-day responsibilities include looking after my depot building, staff, DSP’s and customer service, along with supporting in the day-to-day running of the business.
